CoreKatalyst reserves the right to deny any commission for any reason without explanation.

Payment in USD will only be accepted through PayPal’s “goods and service” option. Do not sent through friends and family, as it is generally unsafe for the commissioner and violates PayPal’s TOS.

Commissions will be started only after the full payment has been received.

Refunds will not be given for any reason after the commission has started. If the wait time for said commission, once started, has exceeded a 6 month timeframe with no update or communication (unless previously communicated), a refund may be requested. A fee equivalent to the amount of work already put into the piece will be subtracted from the refunded total. Chargebacks are never acceptable and will result in immediate public blacklisting.

Work in progress updates can be given at the commissioners request.

The general timeframe for a commission fluctuates, though most will be finished within two months or so.

I will not edit/change finished art or designs for free unless I have missed a detail or something is wrong with it that is my fault. (IE: I forgot to add something you had mentioned, I misinterpreted something, etc). All edits outside of this exception will cost extra. Please be sure to include all of the details you need in the initial order or during sketch phases.

Requests for changes of commissions that are a result of the commissioner not liking my style may be denied. (IE: I will not make changes to my style of lineart or how I would normally draw teeth or the like simply because the client prefers a different/someone else’s style.)

Commissioners may request large or small changes during the sketch phases if WIPs are requested, including asking it to be redone in a different pose/layout. Large changes will not be accommodated once rendering has started, however.

Commissioned art is for personal use only unless discussed beforehand. It can be reposted with credit to places like toyhouse, etc,... Commercial use of my art (Including use for promotional material, selling as stickers or shirts, etc) will have extra fees involved.

Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of their commissioned artwork for the creation of non fungible tokens (NFTs).

Clients are not permitted to claim any commissioned artwork or designs as having been made by them.

Using a design I have created in artistic works, roleplay, written works, animation, etc. that depict said character engaging in pedophillia, zoophilia/animal abuse, rape, bigotry towards others, or other deplorable acts in a fetishized way will result in immediate confiscation of the rights to said design with refund, and public blacklisting. Please note that this is intended only to keep my designs out of the hands of those who fetishize/weaponize these things, not to limit your storytelling. Use of designs with harmless, legal kinks or as villains in a story is perfectly fine.

Reposting commissioned artwork or designs by the client who owns the design/art is allowed, with credit.

Clients are not permitted to edit any commissioned piece without explicit written permission from me. This includes, but is not limited to; removing my watermark, editing designs (you may change the design however you like with your own artwork, however), etc.

Redesigns of existing characters designed by the client are always welcome.

I will not do custom designs of species from existing, trademarked properties such as Pokémon. I will however do fusion designs of such properties if requested.
